1 Introduction

Welcome to pkzz. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pkzz ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://pkzz.pro.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the pkzz platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pkzz platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by pkzz, including but not limited to: the online casino, live casino, sports betting, virtual games, Teen Patti Joker, Super Keno, slots, and all promotional activities. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To open and use a pkzz account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkzz strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. This requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction you may claim residency in.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete personal information. Providing false identity details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where accessing pkzz would constitute a criminal offence on your part.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of pkzz or its affiliated companies.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded from pkzz or had a pkzz account terminated for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid Pakistani CNIC number, a verified mobile phone number, and a valid email address. pkzz reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds at any time.

3 Account Management

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) pkzz account only. Duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally or otherwise — are prohibited. If pkzz identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkzz account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must not permit any other person to access or use your account.

pkzz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkzz support immediately at [email protected].

• Account currency is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR.
• Players may update their contact details by contacting the pkzz support team with appropriate verification.
• pkzz reserves the right to carry out enhanced KYC (Know Your Customer) checks at any point. Failure to provide required documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account restrictions.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pkzz will notify you before any dormancy fee is applied.

4 Deposits & Payments

pkzz accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposit transactions are processed in PKR (or converted to PKR equivalent for crypto deposits at the applicable rate at time of transaction).

All funds deposited into your pkzz account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources — including payment accounts registered to other individuals — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your pkzz account.
• pkzz does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which pkzz accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your pkzz account promptly upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but are typically instantaneous for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• pkzz reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your pkzz account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are not withdrawable directly).
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

pkzz reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player. pkzz will communicate any such request promptly via the email address registered on your account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pkzz offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at lower rates. Full contribution rates are listed in the promotions section.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used within the time limit specified in the offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering, or the use of automated systems — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being suspended.
• Right to Amend: pkzz reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, eligible players who have already opted in will be given reasonable notice.

7 Gameplay Rules

All casino games offered on pkzz — including slots, live dealer games, Teen Patti Joker, Super Keno, Andar Bahar, roulette, blackjack, and baccarat — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories.

The following rules apply to all gameplay on the pkzz platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• pkzz game outcomes are final. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient real-money balance before placing bets. Bets placed using insufficient funds will not be accepted.
• pkzz reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds or on markets that should not have been available.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

8 Sports Betting

The pkzz sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports. All sports betting is subject to these Terms and the specific sportsbook rules published in the betting section of the platform.

• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live betting rules applicable to each sport. pkzz reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond twenty-four (24) hours, or if the bet was placed on a market that was incorrectly offered due to a technical error.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are displayed in the sportsbook section of the platform.
• Suspicious Activity: pkzz monitors betting patterns for indicators of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated irregular betting. Any account suspected of such activity will be suspended immediately and relevant bets may be voided.

9 Responsible Gaming

pkzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable or starts to cause financial or personal harm, pkzz provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the account settings menu. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players can set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of time spent in session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which no gambling activity is permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term self-exclusion from pkzz, available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkzz platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or age information.
• Using pkzz for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multiple account bonus claiming, coordinated wagering to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and exploiting promotional loopholes.
• Chargebacks on legitimate transactions. Any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account suspended and the chargeback amount recovered by all available means.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkzz platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, page layouts, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary property of pkzz or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkzz platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any pkzz content without prior written authorisation from pkzz.

Any unauthorised use of pkzz intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your licence to use the platform and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkzz's total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkzz account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkzz shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including internet service providers, payment processors, or game content providers.
• Technical malfunctions in games — in such cases, affected stakes are returned and pkzz's liability is limited to that refund.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkzz's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own proven negligence, or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data

pkzz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering with pkzz, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkzz uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. pkzz does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Your account data is retained for the period required under applicable regulatory and licensing obligations, and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required under standard anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.

14 Termination

pkzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements mandating account closure.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the pkzz support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any pending charges) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, pkzz reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonus funds, or winnings pending investigation, and to recover any amounts owed by the player to pkzz.

15 Changes to Terms

pkzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkzz will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the pkzz platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure before the changes take effect.
